Stuart is one of the directors of NS Property. Stuart has a wealth of knowledge in the property sector but specialises in buy to rent. Stuart has built up his knowledge by studying over a number of years, buying, and renting houses for himself and now advises others. Stuart also leads the maintenance team for the lettings department.
Stuart is also a very keen runner and has completed multiple charity runs including ‘The London Marathon’ and ‘The Great Birmingham Run’. His next challenge is the 13 Valleys ultra marathon in the Lake District.
Natalie is the other director of NS Property. Her key roles are to lead the lettings and sales departments. Natalie carries out the day-to-day roles, regular inspections and keeps the landlords updated. She believes that great communication is key to a strong, long lasting business relationship and she makes sure she builds great relationships with both landlords and tenants. Natalie also carries out property valuations for both sales and lettings.
Natalie is also the co-founder of Bloom Community Dance which is an organisation that brings the love of dance and music to everyone in the community. So, you may see her in the local community centre enjoying a little dance.
Alison is our administrator. She has recently joined the family business and assists with the day to day running of the office. Her main roles are rent collection, actively progressing sales from offer, to completion, keeping all parties updated every step of the way, and taking NS Property’s initial enquiries. Alison is also a foster carer (along with Stuart). They do an incredible job caring for children that have not had the best start in life and help, guide and love them for the time they are in their care.
Cooper is the family dog and mascot of NS Property. He’s a loving, caring, but very noisy Beagle that loves the outdoors. The most important part of any house for Cooper is the garden.
They really take into account your needs and will take the time to listen and advise you if needed. You can tell they are focused more on customer/landlord needs and will go above and beyond to ensure the letting is right for both parties. Would really recommend them.
